Yes. You need to register to use our service fully .Nothing big… You just need to provide your details at the time of booking.
In case the vehicle you booked doesn't show up, we will try our best to arrange the required alternate vehicle otherwise we will offer you a full refund.
We try our best to ensure our partners reach our customers on time. But in case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by either providing an alternate vehicle or giving you a full refund.
No. You cannot Change/Edit the booking once the booking gets confirmed & the payment is made. You have option in my account to cancel your current booking & you need to follow the cancellation policy. Although you can make fresh booking.
Yes definitely! You need to mention the card holder details for the card payment. Please note that Website Portal/ Mobile Application is providing an option to enter traveller’s name for the booking of the Vehicle.
